When I, Nermine, became a mother, I found myself searching for products that would make this new chapter feel a little easier. I wanted a baby carrier that was simple to use, comfortable for both me and my baby, and beautiful enough to become part of our everyday life. I searched for labor and maternity wear that would help me feel comfortable, confident, and supported during birth — not like an afterthought.
But I couldn't find what I needed. I decided to create it.
In 2022, Namasté was born from one mother's desire to make motherhood feel a little lighter.
Every product begins with a simple question: “Would this have made my own journey easier?”

We're a small, Cairo-based team of parents, textile designers, and customer-care specialists. Every product that carries the Namasté name is tested by our own team on our own children before it ever reaches a customer — we don't outsource that part.
